Because pricing is per frame, please count the number of frames on each negative strip to the best of your ability when placing your order. Once your media arrives, our team will run a verified frame count and adjust your final order total to match — so you're only ever charged for what we actually scan.

Digital delivery is FREE! Once your order is complete, you'll receive a secure cloud download link to your digital files. If you'd like a physical backup, simply add a USB thumb drive to your order for safe storage and convenient sharing.

How It Works

1. Place Your Order
   Complete your order online with your best estimate of frame count, then either mail your media using the address provided at checkout or drop it off at one of our convenient Twin Cities drop-off locations.
2. We Digitize Your Media
   Our experienced team will verify your frame count upon arrival, adjust your order total if needed, then carefully transfer your media and complete your order in approximately 3 to 4 weeks after media check-in.
3. Receive Your Memories
   Receive a secure cloud link to your digital files, plus your original media returned by mail.
