What audio formats can you convert?

We convert cassette tapes, reel-to-reel audio, Microcassettes, MiniDiscs, DAT and ADAT. Not sure what you have? Send us a photo—we'll identify it for you.

What digital format will I receive?

You'll receive high-quality MP3 files. WAV files are also available upon request. All files are easy to play, download, and share.

Can you separate individual tracks?

Yes, we can separate songs or recordings into individual tracks if clearly distinguishable. It is a 15$ edit request add-on. Otherwise, tapes are digitized as continuous files by default.

Will the audio be cleaned up or enhanced?

We apply light audio cleanup—like noise reduction or level balancing for clarity. Full audio restoration is not included but may be available on request.

Do you return the original tapes?

Yes, all original audio tapes and reels are safely returned along with your digital files.

Can you fix a broken or jammed cassette?

Absolutely. We offer basic cassette repairs as a $15 add-on. We’ll contact you if the damage is extensive.

How do I get my files?

You’ll receive an email with a Dropbox link to your files. We can also send a USB drive if you prefer.

How long does the process take?

Most audio orders are completed in 2–3 weeks. Larger orders may take slightly longer.

Is it okay to send in blank tapes?

Yes! We’ll only digitize tapes that contain audio and you won’t be charged for blanks. If unsure, we can check them for you.
