  • Drop Off Locally or Ship to Us

    You can bring your items to one of our Minnesota drop-off locations or box them up and ship them to the address provided in your order confirmation.

  • We Notify You When Your Order Arrives

    Whether dropped off or shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation as soon as your archive reaches our lab. Our technicians then clean, inspect, and professionally digitize everything by hand.

  • Get Your Originals & Digital Files Back

    Once complete, your original items will be returned to you along with an optional USB drive. Your digital files are always delivered by email free of charge, ready to watch and share with family.

2. Ordering a Kit

  • Place Your Order Online

    Choose your kit size—2, 10, 20, or 40 items—based on how much media you have. Your kit ships out right away.

  • Pack Your Box

    When your kit arrives, follow the simple step-by-step guide to pack your items. Attach the prepaid return label and send your box back to us.

  • Receive & Digitize Your Memories

    We’ll notify you as soon as your box arrives. Our technicians then professionally inspect, clean, and digitize every item by hand.

  • Get Your Originals & Digital Files Back

    When finished, we return all your original media along with an optional USB drive. Your digital files are always delivered by email for free, ready to watch and share.
