Start with rough counts. We identify your media, check its condition and confirm the details with you when it arrives.

Pick the formats you have and give rough counts. If you do not know what is in the box, choose "I am not sure what I have" and we will identify it.

Get it to us
Choose local drop-off, ship your own box, or order a mail-in kit. The kit includes a padded box, protective bags and a prepaid return label, delivered in 2–3 days.

We check your media and get to work
Payment is collected when you place your order. We recount your media on arrival and may adjust your invoice if the actual count differs.

Everything comes back
Digital files by private link, your originals returned, and a physical drive if you asked for one.

Inspection before playback
We check the media and its condition before it goes into a machine. If a repair or extra preparation is needed, we explain the options and get your approval first.
The right equipment, carefully maintained
We use professional equipment suited to each format, with clean playback paths and careful setup. That helps protect the originals and capture the picture or sound they contain.
Files you can keep and share
Free digital delivery is included with every project. You receive a private download link and your originals back. Add a physical drive if you would like a separate copy.
Need something corrected? You can request a quality correction at any time during or after your order.
Less than you think
What you do not have to do
Most of the friction people expect from this simply is not part of it.
No sorting or labeling
Send the shoebox as it is. Mixed formats in one box are welcome and actually cheaper.
No guessing at format names
If you cannot identify something, send a photo or just include it. We will name it.

Review your estimate and pay when you place your order. We check the actual count on arrival and explain any invoice adjustment.

Ask us anythingHow does the mail-in kit work?
Choose “Send me a mail-in kit” in the order builder. Your padded box, protective bags and prepaid return label arrive in 2–3 days. Pack your media, seal the box and use the included label to send it back. We email you when it arrives.
The kit is $9.99 for orders up to $250 and $17.99 above $250. Your digital files arrive by private download link, and your originals are returned unless you choose otherwise.
How accurate do my counts need to be?
Rough counts are fine. You pay based on the order you place. We recount everything on arrival, and your invoice may be adjusted if the actual count differs.
Can I add more after I have ordered?
Yes. Call or text and we will add it to the same project, which usually pushes you further into the volume discount.
How do I track progress?
You get an email when your box arrives, when work begins, and when files are ready. Text if you want an update in between.

Start with one box. You can always send more.
Build an estimate from your formats and rough counts, then pay when you place your order. Your invoice may be adjusted if the actual media count differs.
