Order a kit (2–40 items), receive it by mail, pack your media, send it back. Everything included — prepaid return label, packing guide.

Place Your Order Online
Visit our services page or memory kit page. Add what you need to your cart and check out securely. You'll receive an order confirmation right away.
Pack Your Media
Once you place your order (or receive your kit), carefully pack your media. Protect fragile items like film reels and slides with bubble wrap or padding. Label your box with your name and order number.
Ship or Drop Off
Mail your box to us using any carrier, or drop off at one of our 4 Twin Cities locations. Once your box arrives, we'll notify you by email so you know it's in our hands.
We Digitize Everything by Hand
Each item is individually inspected, cleaned, and digitized by our technicians using professional equipment. We never rush, and we never batch your items with other customers.
Get Everything Back
Your digital files are delivered by email — free, always. Your original media is shipped back to you. Optional: add a USB drive to your order for a physical copy.

How do I know my items are safe?+
Every item is logged when it arrives. We track each piece through our process and return your originals to the address you provided. We've safely handled thousands of items.

Yes — we accept nationwide mail-in orders. Use any carrier you prefer. Memory Kit orders include a prepaid return label.

Always. Returning your original media is guaranteed — it's not optional.
