2. Customize Your Order

Add a USB drive to your order if you'd like a physical copy of your digitized files—great for easy storage and sharing.

3. Complete Checkout

No need to select anything special at checkout — just order as usual! We’ll handle your media at your chosen drop-off location and then ship your completed digital files back to you once the job is done.

4. Drop Off Your Media

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Bring your media to any of our drop-off partners listed above along with either:

• A printed copy of your order confirmation, or

We’ll take it from there—keeping you updated as we carefully digitize your memories.

5. The Big Reveal

You're ready to relive those memories! Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your digital files. We’ll promptly return your original media, along with any USB drives you added to your order.
