How It Works

1. Place Your Order Online

Visit our website and select the media types you’d like digitized. Not sure what formats you have? No problem—contact us and we’ll help you identify them.

2. Customize Your Order

Add a USB drive to your order if you'd like a physical copy of your digitized files—great for easy storage and sharing.

3. Complete Checkout

During checkout, check the “Local Order” box to let us know you’ll be dropping off your media in person.

4. Drop Off Your Media

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Bring your media to our drop-off location at Groth Music in Bloomington, along with either:

• A printed copy of your order confirmation, or
  
  
• Name and order number
  
  

We’ll take it from there—keeping you updated as we carefully digitize your memories.

5. The Big Reveal

You're ready to relive those memories! Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your digital files. We’ll promptly return your original media, along with any USB drives you added to your order.
