A collection can take many forms

More than a box of photos.

01

Clearing a family home

Photo albums, slides and tapes may be spread across closets, drawers and storage boxes. Bring your questions about what is worth digitizing and where to start.

02

Sharing an inherited collection

Brothers, sisters and cousins may all want a copy. Digital delivery is included, and optional USB drives make it easier to hand a copy to family.

03

Planning a family archive

Combine home movies, film reels, photographs and audio in one project. Tell us which events or people matter most, even if the labels are incomplete.

A little preparation helps

Keep the history
with the memories.

You do not need to relabel or reorganize everything. Keep existing sleeves, album notes and box labels with the media so the context travels with it.

Tell us about a family branch, special event or order you want preserved. Discuss labeling and file organization with us before work begins.

  3. Flag condition concerns

Questions families ask

You can start
before you have it all sorted.

Do I need an exact count before contacting you?

No. Rough counts, the number of boxes and a description of what you have are enough to start. We confirm the actual media count when it arrives.

Can tapes, film and photos go in the same order?

Yes. You can combine supported video, film, photo, slide and audio formats in one order. Digitizing services count together toward volume savings.

Can several family members get a copy?

Digital delivery is included with every project. You can share the downloaded files and add USB copies for relatives. Tell us how many copies you need so we can confirm the right drive size.

How long does a large project take?

Standard turnaround is 3 to 4 weeks after media check-in. Tell us about deadlines and unusually large or damaged collections before sending them so we can confirm the plan. Expedited and rush options are available where suitable.

Do you provide estate cleanout or appraisal services?

This page is about digitizing media from estates and inherited family collections. For cleanout, valuation or legal estate matters, you will need the appropriate separate provider.
